Our COOKING CLASS wants to be an informal and familiar experience. We want to share a walk through the stalls of a historic market “Ballarò” choosing the best products as a local does everyday. Being “at home” where, as a group of friends, everyone actively participates in preparing the lunch. 

Starting from preparing the ingredients, to composing the dishes, to kneading the dessert.

A lunch to share, enjoying typical dishes together, prepared in a homemade way “as our grandmother taught us”, sipping local wine in an absolutely relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
